This recipe is originally bake on charcoal in rural areas. But in urban areas people have to face difficulty. This is another option to make baati by steaming. Let's see how it's done.

Ingredients
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- ½ cup gram flour
- 1 tbsp garlic (chopped )
- 1 tbsp Green Chillies (chopped )
- ¼ cup mixed millet
- 1 tbsp mango pickle
- 1 tbsp coconut (grated )
- 1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
- ½ tsp asafoetida (hing)
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Make a dough with adding wheat flour, gram flour, oil and salt. Keep separate for 20 minutes.
- Take a pan heat oil add chopped garlic and chopped green chillies. Saute for a few seconds add mixed millet again saute.
- Add mango pickle and grated coconut. Pickle is enough salty so I have not added any extra salt. If you want more you can add. Mix all together now it is ready to fill.
- Take handful dough and fill with this cooked mixed millet. Steam all these baati for 15 minutes.
- After then take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil add carom seeds and hing. Saute all baati then serve with chutney and chokha. I made the chokha with semi boiled potato.
