Potatoes

  • 2 medium Potato boiled until tender, russet or yukon gold

Aromatics & Seasoning

Optional additions

  • 1/4 cup Almonds blanched and finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for a richer flavor and smoother texture

Instructions
 

Prepare the Potatoes

  • Boil the potatoes until tender. Drain well and allow to cool slightly.

Mash the Potatoes

  • Once cool enough to handle, peel the potatoes and mash them thoroughly using a potato masher or a food processor until completely smooth.

Combine Ingredients

  • In a medium bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, crushed garlic, crushed peppercorns, salt, and white wine vinegar (or lemon juice). Mix well.
