Ingredients
Potatoes
- 2 medium Potato boiled until tender, russet or yukon gold

- 2 large Garlic crushed
- 1/2 tsp Peppercorns black, freshly crushed
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste
- 1 tbsp Wine Vinegar or lemon juice, white
