This recipe belongs to my mom.. raw mangos use in many different ways but this gives you sweet and sour taste.

Ingredients

Raw mango 1 kg
Whole red chilli 5 to 6
Nigella seeds
kalonji 2 tablespoon
Sugar 3 cup
White veneger 2 teaspoon
Black veneger 1 teaspoon
Salt a pinch
Instructions
Peel and cut in cubes all the Mango
In a big bowl add mango and all the other ingredients with one cup of water and marinate it for 2 hours
Now in a heavy bottom pot transfer the all mixture andd cooked on high flame until sugar is dissolve
Stir continuously and cooked till its become thick
Keep ut for few hours so its become cool after that transfer this into a air tight container and used it for five to six months
