Ingredients
- 2 Mango green raw
- 1 cup Yogurt curd
- 1 cup Yogurt
- 2 cup Water
- 1.5 tsp Salt of, or as per taste
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder haldi
- 1 tsp Chilli Paste hari mirch, green
- 1 tsp Asafoetida hing
- 1 tsp Seeds mustards
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds white
- Chilli chopped, green
- Coriander dhania, chopped
- Chili Powder red
- Coconut shredded
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Water
- 1/2 tsp Salt black
- 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed jeera
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- leaves Mint Leaves some
Instructions
- Take a bowl, put besan , water, curd into it and mix it well with beater . (No lumps should be there)
- Now add some salt, green chilli paste, turmeric Powder, and hing to the same and mix well.
- Now take a nonstick (kadai/pan) , pour the better in the pan on a slow flame and keep stirring it smoothly. Stir till thick.
- After 2 minutes , now pour the thick better on a flat surface quickly spread it so it forms a layer itself.
- After a minutes just cut it and roll it .
- Now we will do a tadka with til, mustard seed, and green chillies . And garnish it with coriander and red chilli Powder Coconut if you wish

- Take a pan , add some water, sugar, and chopped raw mangoes in it . Let it boil for 4 minutes.
- Then keep it a side to cool it. Then pour it into the grinder with some mint leaves and grind it
- After grinding , strain it and here your pulp is ready.
- Now take a glass add 2 tbsp pulp ,some crushed ice , black salt, cumin Powder, chaat masala, chia seeds and some fresh mint . Stir it and serve it
