Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup hot water or 240 ml
  • 1-2 teaspoon instant coffee
  • 1-2 teaspoon Sugar as per your requirement
  • Milk or cream, optional
  • Cocoa spices, or vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a cup take the instant coffee powder in a sufficient quantity.
  • For 2 cups use 2 tablespoons of coffee powder, if you prefer strong coffee you may use more tablespoon of coffee powder to the cup.
  • Add sugar as per your requirement or taste. Depending on the sweetness of the sugar and the bitterness of coffee adjust the quantity of the sugar.
  • Once you add sugar and coffee powder are added, slowly add milk to the mixture.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of milk to the cup and add a little amount of water and mix it well.
  • Mix till the coffee powder and sugar is whisking off.
  • Initially, the coffee and sugar look dark and slowly after whisking is done well, start turning into light brown and creamy.
  • Whisk for 5 minutes more rigorously and the coffee cream is ready now.
  • Pour the hot boiling milk into this coffee cream
  • Mix the cream and milk with the help of a spoon. The froth should start appearing on the top. Now the time you can enjoy the coffee as it is ready. You can pour it in a cup and make more froth.

Notes

Creamy homemade instant hot coffee is ready. Pour the coffee into serving cup and serve on your favourite cup. There is numerous coffee blog where you will get the amazing recipes for the hot coffee or even blend instant coffee shake.  
If you wish to garnish your instant coffee, you can add syrup or chips to make them feel most amazing. The chocolate syrup or the shaved pieces of the chocolate especially in the cold coffee is amazing. Try out such amazing cocoa and drizzle chocolate and caramel all over it. It is always advisable to serve your coffee shake or instant coffee immediately once it is done to enjoy the flavours at its best.
