Banana kulfi is an easy and healthy recipe. I have not added any sugar because of ripe bananas and coconut cream. Both has sweetness and cashew nuts paste also smooth. No need to cook.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoon cashew nuts paste
  • 2 teaspoon melon seeds
  • 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
  • A few saffron threads

Instructions
 

  • No cooking Just make a smooth paste of ripe bananas and mix all ingredients.
  • Pour into kulfi mould and keep in deep freeze for eight hours.
