Ingredients
 

  • 2 Onion sliced
  • 1/2 kg Curd
  • 1-2 tsp Salt to taste, or as per taste
  • 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Salt
  • 2 tsp Cumin Powder roasted
  • 1 Green Chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander chopped
  • 3 to 4 leaves Mint for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Whip the curd.
  • Mix salt, black salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, green chili, coriander and onion in curd.
  • Cool it before serving and garnish with mint leaves.
