Onion Raita
Ingredients
- 2 Onion sliced
- 1/2 kg Curd
- 1-2 tsp Salt to taste, or as per taste
- 1 tsp Red Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Black Salt
- 2 tsp Cumin Powder roasted
- 1 Green Chillies finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Coriander chopped
- 3 to 4 leaves Mint for garnishing

Instructions
- Whip the curd.
- Mix salt, black salt, red chili powder, cumin powder, green chili, coriander and onion in curd.
- Cool it before serving and garnish with mint leaves.
