Banana kulfi is an easy and healthy recipe. I have not added any sugar because of ripe bananas and coconut cream. Both has sweetness and cashew nuts paste also smooth. No need to cook.

Ingredients
- 6 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 2 tablespoon cashew nuts paste
- 2 teaspoon melon seeds
- 1 teaspoon green cardamom powder
- A few saffron threads

Instructions
- No cooking Just make a smooth paste of ripe bananas and mix all ingredients.
- Pour into kulfi mould and keep in deep freeze for eight hours.
- After then serve your kids and everyone.
