Ingredients
  

  • poha/pressed rice 2 cup
  • chopped carrot 1/2 cup
  • green peas 1/2 cup
  • corn kennels 1/2 cup
  • Salt
  • green chili 3 no chopped
  • onion chopped 1 tbsp
  • curry leaves 8 to 10
  • mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • turmeric powder 1tbsp
  • sugar 1 tbsp
  • oil 1 tbsp

Instructions
 

  • wash the poha mix salt,turmeric and sugar the keep aside for 1 hour .
  • heat the oil in a pan pop mustard seeds add curry leaves then add green chili,carrot,peas,corn add salt to taste cover and cook.
  • now add soaked poha keep stirning while cooking
  • switch off the gas add lemon juice serve hot.
