Instructions
- In a mixer jar add in the peanut give a plus and powder a little. Now add salt, jaggery, oil. Grind it to a smooth paste. It must be like a softened BUTTER consistency. Peanut butter is ready
- Now transfer it to a bowl. To the peanut butter add in the sugar and egg. Give a mix just to combine everything. DONOT over mix
- It will be like a soft dough. Make a small ball and flatten it a little. Make a impression using fork so that it doesn't puff up.
- Bake in pre heated oven at 180degree for 15-20 min. When it is completely cooked you will get a nice aroma and the color changes to golden brown
- When you take it from the oven it will be soft as it cools it will harden. Remove from the tray only when it is cooled completely.
Notes
- Can use store bought peanut butter also.
- Mix only till all the ingredients are combined or else sugar will start to melt
- Pressing the cookies with fork is important or else it will puff up and doesn’t cook properly
- Grease the pan nicely with oil so that COOKIES come out easily
