  • In a mixer jar add in the peanut give a plus and powder a little. Now add salt, jaggery, oil. Grind it to a smooth paste. It must be like a softened BUTTER consistency. Peanut butter is ready
  • Now transfer it to a bowl. To the peanut butter add in the sugar and egg. Give a mix just to combine everything. DONOT over mix
  • It will be like a soft dough. Make a small ball and flatten it a little. Make a impression using fork so that it doesn't puff up.
  • Bake in pre heated oven at 180degree for 15-20 min. When it is completely cooked you will get a nice aroma and the color changes to golden brown
  • When you take it from the oven it will be soft as it cools it will harden. Remove from the tray only when it is cooled completely.

Recipe Notes

  1. Can use store bought peanut butter also.
  2. Mix only till all the ingredients are combined or else sugar will start to melt
  3. Pressing the cookies with fork is important or else it will puff up and doesn’t cook properly
  4. Grease the pan nicely with oil so that COOKIES come out easily
