Ingredients
- 1/2 kg Fish salmon â
- 1 Lemon â juice â tbspn
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste
- 1/2 Black Pepper pwd â tspn
- 1 tsp Garlic Paste â
- 1 Cream Cheese â tbspn
- 3 Olive Oil â tspn

Instructions
- Wash salmon fish and cut it into thick and lengthy pieces.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients olive oil, garlic paste ,black pepper, white pepper, lemon juice and add washed salmon fish and marinate it and keep it for about 20 minutes.
- Grill the marinated salmon both sides until cooked.
- Garlic and pepper BBQ salmon is ready to eat with Arabic Kuboos and Garlic sauce
Recipe Notes
- You can marinate it overnight or I hour also. Instead of Black pepper you can add ground green chilli or red chilli powder.
