- Zatar Powder
- Olive Oil
- Zuchini
- Boiled Potatoes
- Parchment Paper or Butter Paper or Baking Paper

- Take a big parchment paper .
- Spread some olive oil.
- Place a salmon fillet at the center.
- Add some veggies like zucchini .
- Sprinkle Zatar Powder (middle Eastern Spice, Salt and black pepper)
- Fold and taper from sides.
- Bake for 170 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
- Serve with Russian Salad and some chopped Parsely.
