Salmon is a versatile fish which can be prepared in simplest of ways to most complex delicacies. Baked Salmons taste great . This is one such recipe which is extremely simple to prepare and goes well with veggies and baked potatoes.

Ingredients
  

  • Salmon Fish Fillets
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Zatar Powder
  • Olive Oil
  • Zuchini
  • Boiled Potatoes
  • Parchment Paper or Butter Paper or Baking Paper

Instructions
 

  • Take a big parchment paper .
  • Spread some olive oil.
  • Place a salmon fillet at the center.
  • Add some veggies like zucchini .
  • Sprinkle Zatar Powder (middle Eastern Spice, Salt and black pepper)
  • Fold and taper from sides.
  • Bake for 170 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with Russian Salad and some chopped Parsely.
