This recipe is without onion/garlic/red chillie powder specially made during Ganpati Festival. Naivedhya offering to Lord Ganesha.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 half cup yellow pumpkin
  • 1 regular size banana
  • 1 small size sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup padwal snakegourd
  • 1/2 cup papdi flat green beans
  • 1/2 cup turia sponge guard
  • 1/2 cup suran elephant foot yam
  • two spoon oil
  • Mustard seeds rai
  • Jeera cumin seeds
  • hing
  • 3 green chillies
  • curry leaves few
  • 1/4 spoon turmeric
  • 1/2 spoon jaggery
  • 2 kokum petals
  • 2 spoon resh grated coconut for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • cup all 7 vegetables and keep them aside
  • Take a wok/kadai, add rai jeera, hing, finely chopped green chillies, curry leaves, and 7 varieties of vegetables. When about 70% cooked add kokum, jaggery and salt. Give it a good mix when cooked. Garnish with fresh coriander and fresh grated coconut.
