But those who are health conscious they try to avoid processed foods. I made this millet momos for those who are searching for healthy recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Veggies chopped green
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp Bajra Flour
- 1 tbsp Jowar Flour
- 1 tbsp Ragi Flour
- 1 tbsp Sattu Flour
- 1 tbsp Makka Flour
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Fruits Vinegar
- Tomato Garlic Sauce
- Mixed Herbs
- Chilli Flakes smoked
- 1-2 tsp Salt or as per taste

Instructions
- Make a dough with different types of millet and wheat flour and keep aside.
- Take a mixing bowl add chopped veggies, salt, fruits vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, mixed herbs and smoked chilli flakes. Mix all together.
- Spread the dough in small sizes and fill with green veggies. Then fold like momos.
- Boil water in a pan and dip the momos one after another. Then boil for 10 minutes.
- Strain and serve with homemade tomato sauce or any sauce you like.
