  • Make a dough with different types of millet and wheat flour and keep aside.

  • Take a mixing bowl add chopped veggies, salt, fruits vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, mixed herbs and smoked chilli flakes. Mix all together.

  • Spread the dough in small sizes and fill with green veggies. Then fold like momos.

  • Boil water in a pan and dip the momos one after another. Then boil for 10 minutes.

  • Strain and serve with homemade tomato sauce or any sauce you like.
