Millet is a whole grain packed with protein, antioxidant and nutrients. It helps to control blood sugar and cholesterol levels. Momos are very popular recipe in our community. But those who are health conscious they try to avoid processed foods. I made this millet momos for those who are searching for healthy recipe.

Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped green veggies
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon bajra flour
- 1 tablespoon jowar flour
- 1 tablespoon ragi flour
- 1 tablespoon sattu flour
- 1 tablespoon Makka flour
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fruits vinegar
- Tomato garlic sauce
- Mixed herbs
- Smoked chilli flakes
- Salt

Instructions
- Make a dough with different types of millet and wheat flour and keep aside.
- Take a mixing bowl add chopped veggies, salt, fruits vinegar, olive oil, black pepper, mixed herbs and smoked chilli flakes. Mix all together.
- Spread the dough in small sizes and fill with green veggies. Then fold like momos.
- Boil water in a pan and dip the momos one after another. Then boil for 10 minutes.
- Strain and serve with homemade tomato sauce or any sauce you like.
