Ingredients
  

  • Fresh Paneer : 250 gms
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 2 teaspoon Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 2 Green Chilli
  • 2 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
  • 2-3 Cardamom / Iliyachi
  • 2-3 slices of Cinnamon
  • 2 leaves of Bay Leaf Tez patta
  • 1-2 Dry Chilli
  • 3 tablespoon Green Coriander Leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Fenel seeds Zeera
  • 2 red Tomato’s
  • 3 Onions
  • Salt
  • Oil for deep frying- Refined Oil / preferred Mustard Oil for more taste

Instructions
 

  • Cut the Onions (2) in slices, 1 in small piece. 1 Tomato in slices the other 1 in pieces. Mix the piece of tomato and onion with pinch of ginger and garlic with green chilli and make the puree in Mixer. (Keep it aside)
  • Cut the Paneer into Sizes (preferred as per your choice). Marinate with little turmeric, chilli powder and garam masala.
  • Set the oil to heat in a wok, karhai or frying pan over a medium flame. Half Fry the Marinated Paneer for 1-2 minutes, once it is light Red, soak it and keep it aside. (Take the extra oil from kadai, pan, Less oil is best for Health and Heart)
  • Put the fennel seeds, Bay Leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, dry chilli in oil. Stir it for some seconds. Now put the onions in them. stir it for some time, once onions are little red, put the slices of tomato, stir it for some time.
  • Now mix it with the puree (onion, tomato), stir it for 2 minute, now put some turmeric, garam masala, red chilli, stir it for some time. (Always keep the flame in Seam, it will save gas energy)
  • Once all are mixed well, add one or two cups of water. (Warm water is preferred) Now add the fried Paneer, add salt as per the taste. Cook it for 3 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve with Roti, Rice or Puri.
