Ingredients
- 2 cup raw boiled mango puree
- 800 gms sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt and red chilli powder to taste
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt
- 1/2 teaspoon roasted saunf and methi powder
- powdered sugar boora as required for coating
- glazed cherries to decorate

- Transfer the raw mango puree, in a nonstick pan with sugar and salt.cook till it is thick and completely dry. Add roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder and mix well.
- ADD black salt, roasted saunf and methi powder and mix well. It should be completely dry .Adjust seasoning to your taste . Spread on greased tray and keep in sun to dry.
- when completely dry,cut into desired shapes. Coat with powdered sugar.Decorate with glazed cherries . -Raw mango- sweet-sour pickle flowers are ready.
