Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup raw boiled mango puree
  • 800 gms sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt and red chilli powder to taste
  • 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon roasted saunf and methi powder
  • powdered sugar boora as required for coating
  • glazed cherries to decorate

Instructions
 

  • Transfer the raw mango puree, in a nonstick pan with sugar and salt.cook till it is thick and completely dry. Add roasted cumin powder, black pepper powder and mix well.
  • ADD black salt, roasted saunf and methi powder and mix well. It should be completely dry .Adjust seasoning to your taste . Spread on greased tray and keep in sun to dry.
  • when completely dry,cut into desired shapes. Coat with powdered sugar.Decorate with glazed cherries . -Raw mango- sweet-sour pickle flowers are ready.
