Ingredients
- Coccinia grandis 1/2 kg
- Grated onion 1/1/2 tbsp
- Ginger/garlic paste 1 tsp
- Salt
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 2 tsp
- Red chili powder 1/1/2 tsp or to taste
- Fennel powder 1 tbsp
- Dry mango powder 1 tbsp
- Oil 2 tbsp

Instructions
- Wash and slit kundru in between after cutting both the ends, taking care not to split into two pieces.
- Now mix all ingredients instead of oil, mix well. Now mix 1 tbso oil in mixture then Stuff the mixture in kundru.
- Heat remaining oil in a oven proof dish for 1 minute on high. Put the stuffed kundru in oil, cover and cook for 5 to 8 minute on high temperature.
- .Now open the lid and again cook for 2 minute on high temperature. Serve hot with paratha or dal chawal.
