Ingredients
- 500 gm lady finger
- 2 onion
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1/4 teaspoon green chilli paste
- 1 tbsp garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 red chilli pwr
- 1/4 teaspoon degi mirch
- 1/2 teaspoon kitchen king masala
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mango pwr
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric pwr
- 1/2 teaspoon coriender pwr
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin pwr
- 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
- 3 tbsp garam flour
- 1/4 cup oil

Instructions
- Combine all the spices, besan, ginger, garlic, green chilly paste, 2 tbsp oil in a bowl and mix well.
- Wash, wipe dry and trim both the ends of the bhindi. Slit each bhindi vertically without breaking or cutting into two halves.
- Fill each bhindi with the besan mixture.
- In a pan, put oil and grated onion. Saute it for 5 min. Add pinch of salt, stuffed bhindi and saute for 2-3 min. Now, cover with lid and cook on low heat till done.
- Serve bharwan bhindi hot with chapaties.
Notes
You can prepare stuffing in advance and store it in airtight container in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
