Ingredients
- 12 cup White Sesame Seeds
- 12 cup Poha or rice beaten rice
- cup Coconut Sugar 34
- 1 tsp Desi Ghee or

Instructions
- Dry roast sesame seeds and poha in pan for few minutes in low flame till they absorb the heat.( Be careful not to burn it.).Cool it completely.

- Make balls out of it and serve. This stays good in room temperature.
Notes
- black sesame seeds can also be used
- any variety poha works.
