Ingredients
  

  • 12 cup White Sesame Seeds
  • 12 cup Poha or rice beaten rice
  • cup Coconut Sugar 34
  • 1 tsp Desi Ghee or

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast sesame seeds and poha in pan for few minutes in low flame till they absorb the heat.( Be careful not to burn it.).Cool it completely.

  • Make balls out of it and serve. This stays good in room temperature.

Notes

  • black sesame seeds can also be used
  • any variety poha works.
