This idly is made by paneer and semolina. It is instant and quick recipe. This idly is soft and fluffy. It can be tiffin box or picnic pack.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mashed paneer
  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1/2 cup chopped cashew nut
  • Curry leaves
  • Mustered seeds
  • Oil as required

Instructions
 

  • Take a frying pan heat and add oil then mustered seeds. When seeds will crack then add curry leaves. Then semolina, chopped cashew nut and pinch of salt and sauteed.
  • Add mashed paneer with roasted semolina. Make a thick batter.
  • Fill in the idly mould and steam for ten minutes. Serve with hot Sambhar.

Notes

It is very soft and fluffy.
