Children are crazy for chowmin but they like to eat vegetable. So have to serve them tacked fully.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 small packed chow
  • 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup chopped french beans
  • Beat root boiled sliced
  • 2 teaspoon yellow curry paste ready made
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Take a sauce pan boil 2 glasses of water 1/2 tsp oil and pinch of salt. Then add chow for boil for 5 minutes. Then strain and spread.
  • Take a frying pan add oil then garlic paste. Stir fry chopped vegetable, black pepper and yellow paste. Stir fry then add boiled chow. Mix well then serve with beat root
