Ingredients
- 9 piece Strawberry washed and chopped
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 3/4 cup Whipping Cream amul
- 3 tbsp Icing Sugar
- Decoration or topping for topping and
- 2 piece Strawberry chopped

Instructions
- Take strawberries in a bowl.
- Wash and chop them properly.
- Take strawberries and sugar in a mixer jar and puree it, without adding water.
- Take whipping cream in a bowl and add icing sugar.
- Whip it with a blender till soft peaks are formed.
- Mix strawberry puree with whipped cream.
- Mix it gently so that the texture of the shot should not effect.
- Take glasses, coat it with jam on top of the glass and then with icing sugar.
- Now pour creamy strawberry shot in the glasses with spoon.
- Top with chopped strawberries.
- Keep it in fridge for 1 hr to chill or can be served immediately.
Recipe Notes
- add sugar less or more according to the taste of strawberries.
