Children are crazy for chowmin but they like to eat vegetable. So have to serve them tacked fully.

Ingredients
- 2 small packed chow
- 1/2 cup chopped capsicum
- 1/2 cup chopped french beans
- Beat root boiled sliced
- 2 teaspoon yellow curry paste ready made
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- 2 teaspoon olive oil

Instructions
- Take a sauce pan boil 2 glasses of water 1/2 tsp oil and pinch of salt. Then add chow for boil for 5 minutes. Then strain and spread.
- Take a frying pan add oil then garlic paste. Stir fry chopped vegetable, black pepper and yellow paste. Stir fry then add boiled chow. Mix well then serve with beat root
