  • 2 Small Packed Chow packed chow
  • 1/2 cup Capsicum chopped
  • 1/2 cup French Beans chopped
  • Beat Root Boiled Sliced beat root boiled sliced
  • 2 tsp Curry Paste ready made yellow
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil


  • Take a sauce pan boil 2 glasses of water 1/2 tsp oil and pinch of salt. Then add chow for boil for 5 minutes. Then strain and spread.
  • Take a frying pan add oil then garlic paste. Stir fry chopped vegetable, black pepper and yellow paste. Stir fry then add boiled chow. Mix well then serve with beat root
