Rose is a flower of love, fragrance and beauty. Rose petal contain vitamins A, C, D and E. they are mild, sedative anti-depressant, and mood enhancing agent. Rose water helps open up lungs, and aids as decongestant for the nasal passages, sinuses even asthma - Say Chef Dheeraj singh. So here is the Rose Petal Soup recipe which can be enjoyed during summers.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Rose Petal (or jam jam)
  • 1 cup Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 cup Yogurt
  • 2 cup Milk (cold)
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 pcs Cardamom
  • For Garnish (for garnish)
  • Rose Petals (fresh)
  • sprig Mint (fresh)

Instructions
 

  • In a blender combine all the ingredients except garnishes and process until smooth.
  • Check the consistency and adjust with cold milk.
  • Chill the cold soup and soup cup in fridge for an hour
  • Mix well and ladle the soup into bowls.
  • Garnish with sliced fresh rose petal and mint sprig.
