Red Chicken Curry, a very easy peasy recipe with just few ingredients easily available in your kitchen. The main flavouring of this chicken curry is the Curd and the grounded masala that is Kashmiri chilly and garlic.

Ingredients
- Chicken - 400 gms
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Kashmiri red chilly - 10
- Onions - 1 large sliced thinly
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Cumin Powder - 2 tsp
- Curd - 4 tbsp
- Salt
- Water as required

Instructions
- Take the chicken in a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, Curd, salt and mix well. Keep aside.
- Blend the dry chillies and garlic into a smooth paste and keep side.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add the onions and saute till onion turns soft.
- Add the chicken and cook on high for around 5 mins and then cover the pan and cook on a low heat for 10 mins stirring in between.
- Add the grounded chilly and garlic paste and mix well. Add some water and cook for about 10 mins.
- Adjust the gravy consistency and take off the heat.
