Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken Big pieces
- 200 gm Curd
- Salt
- 3 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp White pepper powder
- 1 tsp Elaichi powder
- Dry rose petals
- 3 large Onions chopped
- 5 tbsp Ghee or Oil
- 1 tbsp Green chilli paste
- 100 gm Mawa grated Khoya Kheer
- 2 tbsp Melon seed paste
- 2 tbsp Cashew paste
- Pistachio
- Silver Warq
- Almond
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
- 1 drop Rose water

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken for 1-2 hrs with curd,salt,elaichi powder,pepper powder,rose pettels,ginger garlic paste.
- heat ghee on a pan, fry onions,add salt & chilli paste.add mawa & melon seed paste,cashew paste.stir well.
- Add chicken,stir well & add water.boil it.
- Add pista,almond(sliced),rose water,dry rose pettels,fresh cream.
- Decorate with silver warq & serve hot.
