Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup Almonds
  • 1/3 cup Pistachios
  • 3 tablespoon Poppy seeds
  • 3 tablespoon Melon seeds
  • 1/3 cup Cashews
  • 1 tablespoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Fennel seeds
  • 4 Cardamom
  • 1 liter Milk
  • 1 pinch Saffron

Instructions
 

  • Boiled 1 liter milk and reduced it to half. Add kesar/saffron to it.

  • In a mixer grinder make thandai mixture with almonds, pistachios, cashews, poppy seeds, melon seeds, black pepper, fennel seeds, cardamom

  • Now add the mixture in the milk

  • Boil it for 5 more minutes and then let it cool. Keep this in fridge and serve cold or with ice cubes
