Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 Mango
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 Sapodilla Chikoo
  • 1/2 Guava
  • Honey to taste
  • ½ cup Coconut milk thick, 75 ml
  • ½ cup Coconut milk thin, 100 ml
  • ¼ cup Milk Irish milk
  • 4 Ice cubes

For garnishing

  • 1-2 Cashew nuts
  • 1-2 Raisins
  • 1-2 Mint leaves
  • 2 drops Mango Essence Tiger Brand

Instructions
 

  • Wash and remove skin and from mango, chikoo and banana fruit. Cut into small pieces.

  • Grind separately guava fruit and thin coconut milk + fresh milk and strain it.

  • Chill a tall glass on a freezer 10 to 15 minutes

  • Place all the Ingredients in a blender (mango, chikoo, banana and strained guava juice and thick coconut milk) and blend for 30 seconds

  • Transfer the cocktail into chilled glass. Garnish with mint leaves, cashew and raisins. Serve immediately

Notes

  • Instead of honey you can add sugar or brown sugar.
  • Instead of guava and chickoo you can add fruits, mango with kivi and papaya, taste all good
