An easy recipe with sugar and nuts of your choice for a healthy protien packed breakfast. My innovative take on the normal meetha anda of Hyderabad making it more presentable and inviting to the kids in particular. Even the adults can't resist it. Try this simple sweet omelette for your breakfast or brunch, iam sure you will love it. I added loads of dry fruits to give it an altogether new look and makeover.

  • 1 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Raisins
  • 1 tbsp Pistachios chopped
  • 1 tbsp Walnuts chopped
  • 1 tbsp Almonds chopped
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Whisk the egg with sugar and dry fruits along with the raisins.
  • Heat butter on low heat and make the shomlette.Flip it over when done onto the other side also to cook nicely.
