  • Watermelon 1/2
  • Mangoes 2
  • Kiwi 2
  • Cranberries 1/2cup
  • Litchies peeled 7-8
  • Jamuns cleaned 1cup
  • Chia seeds soaked 1 tbsp
  • Apricots cut 1 cup
  • You may add other fruits of your choice


  • Wash, peel and cut your fruits accordingly.

  • Take smoothie maker and grind all fruits into a smooth paste ...check if running add more creamy fruits like mangoes n muskmelons n bananas etc.
  • Add ice cubes.
  • Enjoy eating with Chia seeds.


You may add yogurt or cream for making it creamy but i like as it is.
