Grilled Paneer Salad

Now is the time to shed extra kilos that we added during festival times.
For this I prepared this salad having paneer and lots of vegetables grilled, warn, seasoned with a little bit of pepper, salt and lemon juice giving it very nice soothing flavour. Added walnuts to get nutty taste.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 gm Paneer cottage cheese
  • 1 Zucchini small, sliced
  • 1 Bell pepper disced
  • 1 cup Broccoli sliced
  • 8 to 10 Cherry tomatoes half cut
  • Few Salad leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Walnut
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

For Seasoning

  • 1 Lemon juice
  • 1-2 pinch Black pepper crushed
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Take vegetables wash them and cut them
  • Take a grill pan add half tablespoon of oil and spread zucchini slices on to as shown in picture
  • Cook it for a minute and turn them you will see nice grill marks on this
  • Now add bell pepper and cook them along with broccoli and cherry tomatoes
  • season all vegetables with pepper and salt
  • Now take paneer slice and cook them for 4 to 5 minutes or till it is grilled and cooked properly from both the side
  • Take a platter arrange salad leaves on it arrange grilled vegetables place paneer slice on it sprinkle walnuts on it
  • Sprinkle some salt pepper and lemon juice on this. Serve it and enjoy
