Grilled Paneer Salad

Now is the time to shed extra kilos that we added during festival times. For this I prepared this salad having paneer and lots of vegetables grilled, warn, seasoned with a little bit of pepper, salt and lemon juice giving it very nice soothing flavour. Added walnuts to get nutty taste.

Ingredients
- 200 gm Paneer cottage cheese
- 1 Zucchini small, sliced
- 1 Bell pepper disced
- 1 cup Broccoli sliced
- 8 to 10 Cherry tomatoes half cut
- Few Salad leaves
- 1 tablespoon Walnut
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
For Seasoning
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1-2 pinch Black pepper crushed
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Take vegetables wash them and cut them
- Take a grill pan add half tablespoon of oil and spread zucchini slices on to as shown in picture
- Cook it for a minute and turn them you will see nice grill marks on this
- Now add bell pepper and cook them along with broccoli and cherry tomatoes
- season all vegetables with pepper and salt
- Now take paneer slice and cook them for 4 to 5 minutes or till it is grilled and cooked properly from both the side
- Take a platter arrange salad leaves on it arrange grilled vegetables place paneer slice on it sprinkle walnuts on it
- Sprinkle some salt pepper and lemon juice on this. Serve it and enjoy
