Ingredients
 

  • 300 gm Chicken
  • 3 potatoes peeled and cut into big chunks
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 Onion chopped
  • 1 Tomato chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • 3 Dry red chili
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Meat masala
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1/4 cup Green peas
  • Water as required
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder

Instructions
 

  • Marinate the Chicken with curd and salt while you make the other ingredients ready.
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add onion, dry red chillies ,ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 mins. Add tomatoes and cook till it turns mushy.
  • Add the Masala powders and cook for a min. Add the Chicken and potatoes, stir well and cook on high heat till the water released by chicken evaporate.
  • Stir occasionally and cook to prevent burning.
  • Add water as required and cook further till the chicken is completely cooked and the gravy thickens.
  • Add the greens peas and cook for couple of mins. Take off the heat when the gravy comes to a required consistency.
