Ingredients
  

  • 1 bowl Spinach only leaves
  • I onion sliced
  • 3 Green Chilly chopped
  • 3 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
  • Besan - ½ cup
  • Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
  • Coriander powder - ½ tsp
  • Cumin powder - ½ tsp
  • Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
  • Black salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves - 3-4 tsp chopped
  • Water as required
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl add the flours and the spices ,add salt and water little at a time and make a smooth batter.
  • Add the spinach, geeen chillies, coriander and onions into the batter and mix well.
  • Heat oil for frying. Take small portion of the mixture and drop in the hot oil.
  • Deep fry them till crisp and golden.
