Ingredients
  

  • Fish mince 250 gm
  • Oyster sauce 1 tsp
  • Red curry Paste 2 tsp
  • Egg 1 no
  • Coconut milk ½ cup
  • Chopped coriander stem 2 tsp
  • Chopped galangal 1tsp
  • Chopped red chilly 1 tsp
  • Chopped lemon grass 1tsp
  • Chopped kafir lime leaves ½ tsp
  • Salt
  • Oil For frying
  • White pepper 1 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Take a bowl adds all ingredients.
  • Add seasoning salt, pepper, oyster sauce
  • Mix all the ingredients properly.
  • keep it side for 1o min.
  • Now make a small patty and fry them.
