Desi Style Pesto Pasta

Ingredients
- 4 cup cooked pasta
- 50 gms Basil leaves
- 3 tablespoon roasted skinned peanut
- 4-6 garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- Salt

Instructions
- Place peanuts, garlic, salt and olive oil in your blender and pulse for just 20-30 seconds.
- Add basil leaves and blend again for another 15-20 seconds. The pesto should be grainy in texture.
- TO MAKE THE PASTA
- Boil your favourite pasta until al dente and add the pesto and toss.
- Mix everything well and serve warm with garlic bread and top with any cheese you have, I’ve used Parmesan cheese.
