Instructions
Place peanuts, garlic, salt and olive oil in your blender and pulse for just 20-30 seconds.
Add basil leaves and blend again for another 15-20 seconds. The pesto should be grainy in texture.
TO MAKE THE PASTA
Boil your favourite pasta until al dente and add the pesto and toss.
Mix everything well and serve warm with garlic bread and top with any cheese you have, I’ve used Parmesan cheese.
