Ingredients
  

  • 1 boiled potato
  • 1/4 cup palak leaves
  • Salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 chopped green chili
  • 1/4 cup besan
  • oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • for making the filling mix everything except besan in a bowl.
  • make small bowls out of the mixture.
  • make a thick batter out of besan by mixing it with water and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • dip the balls in batter and fry in hot oil till golden brown.

Notes

I have shallow fryed my bondas in a tsp of oil.
