Ingredients
- 1 boiled potato
- 1/4 cup palak leaves
- salt to taste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 chopped green chili
- 1/4 cup besan
- oil for frying

- for making the filling mix everything except besan in a bowl.
- make small bowls out of the mixture.
- make a thick batter out of besan by mixing it with water and salt.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- dip the balls in batter and fry in hot oil till golden brown.

I have shallow fryed my bondas in a tsp of oil.
