Ingredients
- 2 potato
- 1 large Onion finely chopped
- 1 Green Chilly finely
- 1 sprig Curry leaves chopped
- Few Coriander leaves chopped
- 1/2 inch Ginger chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seed
- 1/2 teaspoon Garam Masala powder
- A pinch Asafodita /Hung
- 1/4 teaspoon Cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Chilly powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
- 1/4 cup Garam flour/Besan
- 2 tbsp Rice flour
- Salt
- 1/2 cup water or as required
- Oil for deep frying

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add the team flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, chilly powder, water, mix well and make a smooth thick lumps free batter.
- In a frying pan add 2 tbsp oil. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds ad let it splutter.
- Add chopped onion, green chilly, ginger, coriander leaves, curry leaves and data for 2 mins.
- Add garam masala powder, coriander powder, asafodita, cumin powder and saute for a min.
- Add the cooked mashed potato, season with salt and mix well. Stir well and incorporate them nicely and saute for 3-5 mins. Take off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
- Take small portion of the mixture and roll them into balls with the help of your palms.
- In a deep frying pan add oil for deep frying. When the oil is smoking hot, summer the flame .
- Now dip the rolled balls into the batter and drop gently into the oil in batches.
- Deep fry them in medium heat till golden and crisp. Remove and drain them in absorbent paper.
- Serve them with chutneys or sauce of your choice.
