Paneer Lapeta is very easy recipe to make . It takes time in just preparation. It has got a sour and tangy flavors with creamy texture.

Ingredients
- 250 gms paneer
- 3 medium sized onion
- 3 to matoes
- 2 green chillies
- 2 tbspn coriander leaves
- 8 whole cashewnuts
- 1 tspn roasted poppy seeds
- 1 tspn roasted cumin powder
- 1 tspn ginger paste
- 1 tspn garlic paste
- 1 tspn coriander powder
- 1 tspn garam masala
- 1 1/2 tspn red chilli powder
- 1 cup curd
- 1/2 cup oil
- 2 tspn fresh cream
- Salt
- 1 tspn kasuri methi
- 1 pinch red color optional

Instructions
- Take a wok . Add oil to it and fry onions till golden brown.
- Marinate the paneer with 2 tspn curd, red chilli powder, salt and color ( optional) for 15 minutes or more
- Now make a paste of tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt ,poppy seeds, cashewnuts, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste and fried onion.
- Fry the marinated paneer for 2 minutes. Take it out. Add the grinded paste in the same oil and let it cook. Add garam masala and kasuri methi .
- Cook till oil separates. Add paneer to it. Take 2 tspn of fresh cream.
- Add this cream to your paneer gravy .
- Now swtich off the gas. Make sure you dont cook after adding cream. Take it in a bowl and garnish it with grated paneer and coriander leaves. Your Paneer lapeta is ready.
Notes
Dont cook after adding cream.
