Take a wok . Add oil to it and fry onions till golden brown.
Marinate the paneer with 2 tspn curd, red chilli powder, salt and color ( optional) for 15 minutes or more
Now make a paste of tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt ,poppy seeds, cashewnuts, coriander powder, cumin powder, ginger garlic paste and fried onion.
Fry the marinated paneer for 2 minutes. Take it out. Add the grinded paste in the same oil and let it cook. Add garam masala and kasuri methi .
Cook till oil separates. Add paneer to it. Take 2 tspn of fresh cream.
Add this cream to your paneer gravy .
Now swtich off the gas. Make sure you dont cook after adding cream. Take it in a bowl and garnish it with grated paneer and coriander leaves. Your Paneer lapeta is ready.
