Ingredients

- 1 medium Beetroot cooked and pureed or use store-bought beetroot puree
- 1 tbsp Mustard Oil or vegetable oil
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Coconut Flour
- 1-2 tsp Salt or to taste

Cook the Potatoes

Combine and Finish
- Add the boiled baby potatoes to the pan. Stir gently to coat the potatoes with the masala mixture. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, until heated through.
