  • Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the masala paste and saute for 5-7 minutes, until fragrant. Stir in the beetroot puree and salt.

Combine and Finish

  • Add the boiled baby potatoes to the pan. Stir gently to coat the potatoes with the masala mixture. Cook for another 3-5 minutes, until heated through.

Serve

  • Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice. Arrange the cooked baby potatoes on a serving platter, sprinkle with coconut flour, and garnish with fresh cilantro (optional). Serve warm with toothpicks.
