Expert Tips for Perfect Beetroot Hummus Canapés
- For extra flavor, roast the beetroot with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprig of rosemary before blending.
- If you don't have fresh mint, you can substitute with chopped parsley or cilantro.
- To make these canapés ahead of time, prepare the hummus and cucumber slices separately. Assemble just before serving to prevent the cucumbers from becoming soggy.
