- 3/4 cup Coconut Milk (75 ml), thick
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk (100 ml), thin
- 1/4 cup Milk
- Honey to taste

- 2 drops Mango Essence (tiger brand)
Garnish
- 1-2 Cashews
- 1-2 Raisins
- 1-2 Mint Leaves
Instructions
- Peel and chop the mango, sapodilla, and banana into small pieces.
- Separately, puree the guava with the thin coconut milk and regular milk. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove any seeds or pulp.
- Chill a tall glass in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. This will keep your cocktail refreshingly cold.
- Combine the chopped mango, sapodilla, banana, strained guava mixture, and thick coconut milk in a blender. Blend until completely smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Pour the blended cocktail into the chilled glass. Sweeten with honey to taste.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves, cashews, and raisins. Serve immediately and enjoy!
