Blueberries expel unwanted toxins from the body, choose smaller sized berries as they are packed with fat burning nutrients.
Besides their pretty colour and sweet bite, strawberries are filled with antioxidants, they help in fighting free radicals, thus helping you retain your youthful glow along with controlling your blood sugar levels. Lastly rosemary helps in proper digestion of food and boosts the immune system as well.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup blueberries small sized, I used frozen ones
  • 1/2 cup strawberries small sized
  • 1 liter water
  • 2 sprig rosemary leaves

Instructions
 

  • In a large jar add in plain water, sliced strawberries, blueberries and rosemary sprigs.
  • Stir in all the additions into the water so that they don't settle at the bottom of the jar.
  • Cover the jar with a lid and allow this water to be infused with all the goodness of the fruit, rosemary. Allow to steep at least for 6 hours, but overnight is preferred. You may refrigerate the jar of water as well.
  • The next morning pour out the water into a drinking glass, and drink instead of plain water or high calorie sodas.
  • You can use the same ingredients by changing the water two times, after which, discard the fruit and herbs and make a fresh batch.
