Strawberries are the most good looking fruit possible. They are considered to be most romantic fruit too! I love strawberries, but only issue with them is they come to market for very less time and for sure one need to preserve them.

Lets get back to the main dish. As we see strawberries for very few number of days , itâ€™s good to preserve them for future use. There are two ways to do that, one make a jam or make a preserve. I like preserve more as it is less sweet and can be used various ways. In my family we use it all ways possible like top it with morning granola/cornflake,make strawberry yogurt,milkshakes and best eat it with the spoon :). In airtight jar it can be stored for months in freezer and for weeks in fridge. But trust me it gets over in days no matter what quantity you make !
Most attractive this about the the strawberry preserve is we only need three main ingredients:
Lemon,sugar and of course strawberries
And like soulbakes is known of we have to do a healthy twist, this preserve is made of cane sugar. And trust me no one can guess it! Do give a try and make your sad looking dishes pretty !
