For the Potatoes

  • 1 kg Potato about 4-5 medium sized potatoes, boiled and peeled

Prepare the Potatoes

  • Boil and peel the potatoes. Cut into bite-sized pieces.

Sauté Aromatics

  • Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat. Add dried red chilies and saute for a minute until fragrant.
  • Add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Be careful not to burn the garlic.

Build the Flavor

  • Add the crushed black peppercorns and salt. Stir well.
  • Stir in the red chili paste and soy sauce. Cook for another minute.

Combine and Simmer
