- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil for grilling
For the Spiced Hung Yogurt Dip
- 1 cup Hung Yogurt greek yogurt, thick, strained yogurt
- 1 tsp Pepper freshly cracked, black

- 1/4 tsp Rosemary crushed, dried
- 1 tsp Salt or to taste

Instructions
Preparing the Grilled Andhra Chicken Wings
- Keep the pre-marinated Andhra Murgh Pakote ready. Heat a grill pan or large skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly brush the pan with vegetable oil.
- Arrange the chicken wings in a single layer on the hot pan. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, or until nicely seared and cooked through. Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Remove the chicken wings from the pan and drain on a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
Preparing the Spiced Hung Yogurt Dip
- In a small bowl, combine the hung curd (Greek yogurt), black pepper, cayenne pepper, dried rosemary, salt, and lemon juice. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
Serving
- Serve the grilled Andhra chicken wings immediately, hot, with the spiced hung yogurt dip for dipping. Garnish with fresh cilantro (optional).

- Adjust the amount of cayenne pepper according to your spice preference.
- If you don't have a grill pan, you can use a large skillet or baking sheet.
- Make the yogurt dip ahead of time for a quicker preparation process. The flavors will meld better if it sits for at least 30 minutes.
