- 2 oz Cheese processed, shredded
- 1/2 cup Hung Yogurt also known as greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
For the Harissa Marinade:
- 2 tbsp Harissa Paste
- 1 tsp Pepper Powder white
- 1 pinch Food Coloring for color enhancement, optional
For the Garnish & Dip:
- 1/2 cup Coriander chopped, fresh
- 1 tsp Chaat Masala
- 1 cup Yogurt for dipping
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil for brushing
Instructions
Marinate the Chicken
- Marinate the chicken wings with hung curd, salt, shredded processed cheese, and soy sauce. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
