Ingredients
- 3 tbsp Sattu Flour
- 3 cup Water
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 Onion finely chopped
- 1/4 cup Coriander dhania, finely chopped
- Salt as per taste, black
Instructions
- Take sattu flour in a bowl .
- Add water slowly , first foming a paste then diluting the mixture slowly into a drink .
- Now add balck salt , lemon juice , chopped onion and chopped coriander leaves . mix all ingredients well .
- pour into a glass, savory sattu drink is ready .
Recipe Notes
you can make sweet sattu drink also for that you can add honey or sugar .
